Now that you have booked your call, before we chat, there are just a couple of things it would be useful to think about…

1. Environment & Time

  • Please respect our time. This call could be life-changing, so please ensure you show up on time and ready to fully engage.

  • Ensure you are in a quiet, distraction free environment, with a strong internet connection. (Calls will not go ahead if you are driving)

  • Ideally attend the session on your laptop or tablet, with something to take notes on.


2. What challenge do you want to take on in the next 6,12,18 months?

We use the pursuit of a performance goals like a triathlon, hyrox race, 10k, marathon, etc… to inspire real lifestyle change, please have in your mind what that means for you. This usually also comes with some kind of weight loss or body recomposition, but it doesn’t have to.

2. What is stopping you from achieving it on your own?

This might be a poor consistency, low motivation, or a lack of knowledge.

There is no judgement from me on anything here. I myself have a coach, and he has a coach, and so on. We all face challenges and can benefit from an external support system.

3. What is your why?

Understanding your reason for investing in yourself is an important part of the journey, it will be the thing that keeps you going and staying on track, even when perhaps you are tempted to stray.

3. Come ready to make a decision

I fully appreciate that this might be something new, and that will come with excitement or maybe even apprehension. My aim on our call is not to “sell” to you, rather for us to see if we would be a good fit to work together.

At the end of the call, I will tell you if I feel we would be, and if you think so too, be ready to commit, to take that leap of faith and invest in yourself… it will be the best decision you have ever made.
